Finally Schmaltz is available for sale in Oklahoma! Baruch Hashem!

Very attractive golden liquid with nice white head (and lots of Belgian lace).

Lots of piney and citrusy hop notes. Flavor is crisp, an interesting meeting place between a pilsner and an APA. A sweet start with a dry finish, with some spicy notes from the rye.

Medium-full, very smooth mouthfeel.

I like this one. It is worth seeking out.

(On a side note… I love the bottle art)
