I may be reading too much into this, but I think that there may come a point when a European judge (maybe in Spain, since their courts assert jurisdiction to try folks for war crimes that have happened anywhere in the world… and because a Spanish prosecutor has brought forth evidence that the CIA used a Spanish airport to transport its secret prisoners) could indict American officials for war crimes.
I certainly hope this happens because I don’t think we can count on justice in this country for those guilty of torturing terror suspects.
Dear James,
I wonder how they would enforce the indictment?

Realistically they couldn’t, but it would stop those indicted officials from being able to travel overseas to any country that could potentially extradict them to the country that is pressing charges.
Thank you. I hadn’t thought of that; I think you and many others would agree that our elected officials
need to quit spending money on flying overseas and elsewhere for photo opportunities; we need to get people
in that really care about Justice for the poor, middle class and everyone else in every area;we hopefully will start votin for independents, or anyone else that really cares about stopping wars that aren’t
absolutely necessary, cut the pork like that 6000 plus amendments to the highway bill and any other pork.
We also need to get rid of electronic voting machines; we probably have several elected officials that actually
should not be there because of that and other manipulations.
Have a good holiday.
