ImageJournal.org: Fall 2005 Issue (the online version only has a tiny version of it, but John P. Cobb’s painting Mary (the Mother of Jesus) as a Child, Her Grandfather Joaquim Guiding (1998. Egg tempera on Masonite board. 34.5 x 34.5 inches) was on the front page!
I’m very excited to see this, partly because I love John’s work, but also because he is such a nice guy (he was very encouraging to me in my attempt to get back into painting again when I went to the arts retreat last year at Laity Lodge)
