Abu Ali also confessed to FBI agents in September, but prosecutors have acknowledged that confession is invalid because they disregarded Abu Aliâ€™s request for an attorney. . .
Shame, shame on U.S. District Judge Gerald Bruce Lee for failing to defend our most basic of rights. US citizens (or for that matter anybody) deserve better treatment than this. If this trial moves forward based on this kind of evidence, it is an embarassment of our nation and its so-called “justice” system.
